Ruppert Travel took all of the guesswork out of our first trip to Mexico! It was nice to have an actual person to communicate with about the needs of our travel and having someone who answered questions was a huge asset to making this trip stress free. John came to our rescue in planning a last-minute Bachelorette party in Mexico.... for 17! As far as we could tell when searching on our own, all of the resorts we were interested in were already booked, and our prospects were looking bleak. John came through and connected us with the most INCREDIBLE resort that was exactly what we were looking for AND also set us up with the most amazing upgrades so that we were able to enjoy the most luxurious experience the resort offered -- including a swim-out room! He also coordinated our airport transportation for girls coming in from different airlines and locations at all hours of the day, so it was a seamless experience from start to finish! I STRONGLY recommend Ruppert Travel whether you are traveling abroad or domestically. Ever since our initial contact, John was quick to respond, informative, and knowledgeable about each place we wanted to visit. We were looking for a very specific type of vacation for our honeymoon and John was able to make it happen perfectly.
